EMDR Couples Intensive Therapy

Tracy combines her Level 3 Gottman Training and Attachment Parts Informed EMDR in an Intensive Couples Model.

This service offers the opportunity for a deep dive, a way to create real and lasting change, quickly. Getting into the roots of our perpetual issues, our attachment wounds, then working back up to practical skill based Gottam tools and strategies.

Rather than 1 hour a week over 10 weeks. Let's do this in 1 weekend.

This service is unique as very few Therapists combine Attachment Informed EMDR and Gottman Therapy in an Intensive format for couples.

The total cost of a Couples Intensive package is $5,000.

The package includes;

Discovery Call, Gottman Online Questionnaire

10 hours of Therapy within one weekend and a follow up hour session one month post.

Sat 2 x 2 hour Individual Sessions, 1 Joint 2 hour Couples Session

Sun 2 x 2 hour Couples sessions Lunch 1 Hour Couples session
